One of our healthcare managers will conduct an extensive onboarding interview to gather as much information as possible about your loved one. We spend time learning all about them - their likes and dislikes, values, personality, routines, medical history, existing care plans, triggers, and so on - as the more we know about them, the better we can personalise a care plan that ensures we’ll enjoy our journey together.
Your healthcare manager will spend two or three half-days with the client in their home. This allows us to gain firsthand insight into who they are, their lifestyle, and how we can provide an optimal home care solution. We pride ourselves on considering the finer details, down to ensuring that we match each client with a carer who shares the same type of interests.
Based on the detailed information we’ve gathered during the first two stages; we’ll create a completely personalised care plan to share with the client and their family for feedback. From here, a carer trained to meet your loved one’s specific needs will begin a trial to ensure they’re the right fit in skills and personality. We’ll continue to tweak the care plan as needed to ensure that everyone is happy.
